Business intelligence is the use of technology to analyze data as a way to reveal and deliver insights that contribute to informed decisions. At the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (BI COE), our overarching goal is to contribute to the University’s success by enabling this process. We do this by providing data, analysis, technology tools, and reporting capabilities to support ongoing decision-making and strategic planning for the University of Chicago.
